Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.
For International and European Union customers, we only offer returns with refund or returns with Store credit.
Please make ensure you mark your parcel as "Returned goods", with the country of origin marked as the IT - any charges will be deducted from customers refund.
The return shipment can be made with the method you prefer, but if you are not able to provide proof of the shipment we might not be able to refund it, if the order gets lost.
Once accepted, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually, it takes 7 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of the shipment will be automatically deducted from your refund.
